Our LA based studio is a think tank/workshop where we fuse technology, craftsmanship, creativity & innovative design - an epicenter for positive change. Guided by Architect Peter DeMaria AIA, who envisions architecture fulfilling a critical role on the planet, the studio serves as a conduit for improving our quality of life on the planet. DeMaria, a native of New Jersey, received a Master of Architecture Degree from the Univ. of Texas at Austin and then founded DeMaria Design in Los Angeles. Licensed in Texas and California, he is also a national, NCARB Certified, Architect. Sought out as an invited speaker and lecturer across the U.S. at professional conferences and higher education institutions including USC, UCLA, CSULB and SCIArc, he's been immersed in the educational world of Architecture and teaching since 1995 - most recently as an Adjunct Studio Professor at the Univ. of Texas School of Architecture. Twice elected to the Board of Directors at the American Institute of Architects (AIA) in Long Beach, CA, he is also the Founding Chairman of the Los Angeles AIA Young Architects Forum. Appointed to Cultural Arts Commissioner for the City of Manhattan Beach, he served in that community service position for over six years.
